All of our watches are crafted with great attention to the details and you also should care to keep their magic and brilliance longer. In this simple guide, you will learn how to properly care and clean your watch.

A few words before we start

All of our watches and jewelry are made in traditional way. Which means that each stone is set individually and the metal may be plated with gold for example. By following these simple care and cleaning instructions, your watch will always look marvelous and breathtaking.

How to clean your watch

  • Wash and dry your hands
  • Use special lint-free cloth (includes with our watches and jewels) and gently polish the watch case by using circular movements.
  • Use the same technique with solid bracelets or leather straps.
  • Do this cleaning manipulation as often as possible to remove any dirt or other signs of daily wear. Regular polishing can keep your watch shiny.

Tips: wear and care

  • Make sure you know the water resistance level of your watch and follow it. The level of water resistance is usually indicated on the back side of the watch.
  • Keep your watch in its original packaging or soft bag to avoid scratches. It also helps to reduce the effect of sunlight, humidity and excessive heat, which can lead to loss of color or shorten the life of the power elements.
  • Always remove your watch before using body care products such as perfume, hairspray, soaps and lotions. These liquids can damage the metal and reduce the life of the plating and loss of gloss.
  • Be sure to replace weak or dead batteries as soon as possible, as they may leak liquid that could damage the watch mechanism. To replace the battery, please have your watch serviced by an authorized watchmaker or jeweler.
  • Put on your watch last when dressing and take it off first when you undressing. We also do not recommend sleeping with the watch on your arm or wearing the watch while doing or playing some sports.

Avoid it

  • Avoid contact with cleaning fluids, especially acidic ones, and commercial cleaners that contain ammonia or alcohol. These types of liquid can damage both the plating and the crystals.
  • Avoid mechanical impacts to protect the case, crystals and movement from damage.
  • Avoid strong magnetic fields that may affect the accuracy of the watch.
  • We do not recommend wearing the watch together with bracelets on the same wrist, as this can lead to scratches on the watch case.
