Cash on Delivery

You pay only for the order at the Nova Poshta office, but delivery prepayment is a necessary. Money transfer fee (20 UAH + 2% of the order amount, but not less than 35 UAH) and other fees (region delivery fees: additional 20 UAH and order value fee) are paid by the Dreams store.

You can pay an order value over 1,000 UAH in a loan for up to 12 months with 3.5% fee per month at a Nova Poshta offices. You can find out more details about the service "Parcel on Credit" by NovaPay Credit at any Nova Poshta offices or at: https://novapay.ua/credit/.

Please note, only visual inspection of jewelry is allowed while receiving the parcel in accordance with the internal order of the Nova Poshta. You can not trying on jewelry while receiving the parcel.

 

Online payment via online banking

If you have MasterCard or Visa card, we recommend you to pay for the order by using plata by mono or Portmone services.

 

Online payment via Apple Pay or Google Pay

Payment via Apple Pay or Google Pay is an easy and secure payment method. You only need to confirm the payment with a password, fingerprint or FaceID, depending on the device.

 

Payment by installments 

Payment by installments from PrivatBank or monobank are available for almost all products:

  • payment by installments from PrivatBank is available for products that costs more than 400 UAH ($10);
  • payment by installments from monobank is available for products that costs more than 700 UAH ($15).

If these plans are available for product, then:

  • the button "By installments" is appears on the product card page next to the buttons "Buy now" and "Quick order";
  • also, there are a widgets of the corresponding service appears in the product card, which allows you to quickly set up an installment plan.

Delivery

All "In stock" items are shipped the same day when the order is confirmed by 5:00 p.m. on weekdays or by 1:30 p.m. on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on the site after 6:00 PM on weekdays or after 3:00 PM on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Sunday is a non-working day, all orders placed on the website on Sunday will be processed the next business day.

Products marked as "Available 2-3 days" are ready to be shipped the next 1-3 working day after order confirmation.

 

Nova Poshta

There are three delivery options are available:

  • to the post office – starts from 70 UAH ($2);
  • in the automatic post locker* – starts from 70 UAH ($2);
  • by courier – starts from 100 UAH ($3).

Delivery time vary from 1 to 3 days depending on the delivery region.

There are two delivery options are available:

  • Express to the post office – starts from 50 UAH ($1.5);
  • Express by courier to the address – starts from 70 UAH ($2).

These types of delivery are available for all types of payment, except for the "Cash on delivery".

Delivery time is vary from 2 to 5 days depending on the region of delivery.

Express delivery in Kiev (currently unavailable)

Order will deliver during 2 hours after confirming details with the manager.

The average cost of delivery is vary from 120 UAH ($4) to 200 UAH ($7).
